To register and make and order, you must be 18 years or older.

By submitting the order you agree that you read these terms and conditions.

We have rights to refuse our order or orders in which scenario we will inform you as soon as possible.

We process your order by sending you confirmation via chosen channel of communication such as but not limited to an email.

You may amend or cancel your order by contacting us before the cut off time we provide to you.

You can return an item/product you ordered from us but no later than 3 working days since you received your order.  Please kindly inspect your order and contact us as soon as you can if anything is lost or defective. Please contact us first so we can assist you.

The returned item/items must be not used or without signs of use and in original packaging.

You pay for return postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will make every effort to deliver your order once it is paid by you and confirmed by us on the date as per order conditions. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances we won’t be able to deliver as promised, we will contact you as soon as possible.
